Goucher Art Galleries invites you to an evening celebrating the opening of three new exhibitions across campus.
In the Silber Gallery, Concentric Circles is a group exhibition looking at the works and life of William S. Dutterer and his role as both an artist and teacher in the DMV area. Also included is Dutterer's teacher, Grace Hartigan, and two of his students from his time at the Corcoran School of Art.
In Rosenberg Gallery, Micheal J. Iampieri: Line Into Form a solo exhibitoin also highlighting Iampieri as both artist and teacher. Iampieri passed in 2024 and this retrospective exhibition brings to the fore a career that focused on drawing what you see.
In the Bond Gallery, a series of ambient poems presented across video and print, Temporal Disruption Culture Club is a solo exhibit by Agustin Rosa that uses language, loops and spirals to create a playful intervention designed to…
